The F8-D LED Focusable Fresnel Daylight Head Light from Zylight features single shadow beam shaping through barn doors, continuous focusing, and a smooth light field. The Fresnel light adds wireless and DMX control, water-resistant IP54 rating, and a rugged construction for field reliability. This compact and durable light has a 5600K color temperature.
The unit can be powered by either a worldwide AC power adapter or a standard 14.4V camera battery for complete portability. Its thin design and shape allow it to be packed into small cases and be taken anywhere. The water-resistant IP54 rating ensures the F8 will be comfortable in falling rain or snow, and blowing dirt and dust. Whether shooting a stand-up in a hurricane or snow storm, the F8 will deliver bright light with ease.
In the studio, all functionality of the F8 can be controlled via DMX or remotely via the built-in ZyLink wireless link. Local control such as dimming, focus and wireless operation are provided on the rear of the F8. The compact dimensions take up considerably less space in your grid than its traditional counterpart. The yoke mount allows for easy panning and tilting for quick focusing. The F8's silent operation means it can run in a studio setting without disruption of audio recording or talent distraction.
The advanced ultra bright LED module ensures excellent skin tones and rich, accurate color rendition. Continual focusing and an adjustable beam spread between 16 to 70° allows for even coverage when shooting with wide-angle lenses or HD 16 × 9 format. The F8 uses a high quality glass 8? Fresnel lens and has an equivalent output of a traditional 650W instrument.

In the event that a buyer chooses to return an item within 14 days, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping fees back to our facility where the returned package will be inspected by our staff; this includes international buyers. If the item is deemed resalable as the condition in which it was sold, a refund will be given minus the original cost of shipping to the customer. In the case that the item cannot be resold in its original condition, a restocking fee and the original cost of shipping to the customer will be subtracted from the refund amount. This restocking fee starts at 20%, and may be higher depending on the condition of the item upon return (i.e. broken seals, ripped packaging, damaged product, missing accessories, etc.). If a package reaches the destination country and is refused by the buyer or is returned, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of all shipping charges to and from the country.
In an event the unit needs to be serviced under the manufacturer warranty, the buyer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer and paying for any shipping fees associated with service or repair. Your receipt from PayPal is the only receipt that is issued and is used for proof of purchase with manufacturers.
International buyers are responsible for researching manufacturer warranties in their country. Studio AMG is a United States seller, providing United States products with full U.S. warranties. In the event that a product is damaged upon arrival or the buyer wishes to return the product for any reason, they will be responsible for any shipping charges back to Studio AMG.
