VTG FETCO Beacon Hill Photo Picture Frame" I'M TWO" + Frame 1 Year 3 1/2 x5"

First is a vintage (1997) Fetco Beacon Hill picture frame.  Joyful and colorful to display a picture of your adorable picture of your 2 year old.  Says "I'm Two".    The frame measures 7 1/2  X 6 1/4  inches.  It says it holds a photo 3 1/2 x 5 inches but my measurement say 3 x 4 1/2".
The second  frame is not beacon Hill.  I do not see a manufacturers name. It is adorable.  For a picture of you 1 year old.   May be hand painted. Lovely colors and appropriate pictures.
The frame measures 6 3/4' high  X 6 1/2" wide.    It  also says it holds a photo 3 1/2 x 5 inches but my measurement say 3 x 4 1/2".
