Condition is “New” but new old stock so the box shows signs of storing. All pages our in great condition with no writing in this book. This comes from a liquidation of an office store. On the first page you are right the arrival information and on the second page you can put the birth announcement. Third page you can post the birth certificate. Fourth page is the family tree. Fifth page is the baby‘s first pictures. Sixth page is headlines on babies birthday. Seventh page is first home. Eighth page is baby's visitors. Pages 9 and 10 are gifts and remembrances. Page 11 is for hand prints, foot prints and other distinguishing features. Page 12 is the height and weight record. Page 13 is first and favorites. On page 14 it says toys and games, stories, songs, other favorites. Page 15 is immunization immunization record.  Page 16 is the dental records, allergies, accidents, and operations. Page 17 is the first year. Page 18 is the first birthday. Page 19 is the second year. Page 20 is the third year. Page 21 is the fourth year. Page 22 is the fifth year. Page 23 is the sixth year. Page 24 is the seventh year. Page 25 is all the later years including birthdays, friends, and achievements and then this continues on page 26 with favorites, past times, etcetera. Page 27 is for Mother's notes. Page 28 is for religious training and events. Page 29 is for travels, adventure, and explorations and page 30 is more space for that. Page 31 and 32 are snapshots and keepsakes. Page 33 is to list preschool training. Page 34 is information about kindergarten. Page 35 is first grade and second grade. Page 36 is third grade and on. Page 37 is junior high school and high school. Page 38 is plans and ambitions. Page 39 and 40 is later schooling and achievements. This is beautifully done in florals and nature with small children, animals, and teddy bears. The cover on the outside is white and there is a plastic cover that covers this book. This plastic cover is only to protect the book and you may take it off if you wish. Please take a look at all pictures.
STORE POLICIES: We strive to accurately list everything and we acquire our items from fine estate sales.  It is the buyer's responsibility to look at all pictures, read description, and ask any questions prior to bidding or buying!  We are not experts on all items we have listed.  We are constantly on "the hunt" for exciting things to pass on to you. We take pride in every piece.  Items are inventoried and stored in a clean and smoke-free environment.  In every title, you will find a number in parentheses.  This is for our inventory control only.  We always try to select items from estate sales that are also clean and smoke-free.
ANY PROBLEMS: We request that if you have any issues upon arrival of your item that you contact us before starting a case. Customer service is top priority for us and we want our customers happy! We also appreciate your positive feedback.  If there are any issues that would cause you to leave a neutral or negative feedback when you receive your item, we want to know.  We cannot correct a problem if we do not know about it.
SHIPPING:  We use recycled materials for packaging/shipping!  We ship out the same day if payment is received by 12 PM (CST)/2 PM (PST).  Packing your item is of the utmost importance and we pack each item for a successful shipping result.  With some items we may be double boxing just to do everything we can to get the product to you unbroken. We try to offer free shipping but if we cannot we try to keep our shipping as reasonable as possible. For heavy items, we utilize UPS or FEDEX.
This will be shipped either FEDEX GROUND or USPS PRIORITY depending on what is better cost-wise.
We do use the most competitive means of shipping value and speed of shipping depending on where you are located.  Shipping address will be the address you have in the system.  If this needs to change you need to take care of this before purchase.  Search the help feature on how you change your address.
PAYMENT:  Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made during those 3 days.
RETURN POLICY:  We do our best to accurately describe every item.  Please look at the pictures and description BEFORE bidding or buying.  We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.  Refund is given upon receipt of item in the listed condition.
