We currently ship only to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and those U.S. possessions (e.g., Guam) accessible via domestic mail. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If further shipping restrictions apply to an item--e.g., due to government regulation--those restrictions will be stated in the auction description. We will combine shipping when practical, but only on auctions ended within 72 hours of each other and paid with a single payment. We cannot guarantee discounted/combined shipping to buyers who pay separately for multiple auctions.
For all items not requiring instant payment, we must hear from you within 3 days (72 hours) of end of auction with your full name and shipping address so we can provide you with a total. If you fail to contact us promptly, we will presume that you are a Non-Paying Bidder. If we are unable to contact you because your mail is returned as undeliverable by your ISP [ for example, AOL], we reserve the right to cancel the sale without further notice.
We are immediately obligated to pay auction fees to eBay when an auction begins and again when it ends in a sale. Accordingly, we expect to be paid promptly by our high bidder. Payment must be via PayPal, in US funds drawn on a US bank. We should receive your payment within 3 days of end of auction. If, after 3 days, we have not received it and other arrangements have not been made, we reserve the right to cancel the sale without notice, re-auction the item, file an Unpaid Item report with eBay, and alert other eBay sellers (including, but not limited to, posting negative feedback.)
