Vintage Framed Print "A LITTLE BIT OF HEAVEN" by Bessie Pease Gutmann

Here we have a vintage wood picture frame, with glass and in it is a vintage print by Bessie Pease Gutmann called "A Little Bit Of Heaven".  The frame itself is really nice and measures 16 3/4" x 14".  The inside part that hold the print measures 11 1/2" x 9".  The glass needs a little cleaning, the frames has some dings and the print has a small faint water spot at the very upper left corner (as you look at it). It is still a beauty!
*Please note-the shipping price is a flat rate.  I mostly ship USPS but on heavier, larger items I may use fed ex smart post.
*I pack items very well and everything has a tracking number.  Once I mail an item I can't be held responsible for what happens to the package. If it gets lost, damaged or stolen then I will do all I can to get the claim filed, etc....however I can't control what happens after I mail it.  With this said I will work with the buyer to help in any way I can.
*I will only ship to the address you have on file with eBay so it's up to you to make sure the address is current and correct.
*Buyer to pay for return shipping if an item is returned.
*Starting January first eBay is required to collect sales tax from certain states that recently passed new laws.  I have nothing to do with that....it is all through eBay.
