Here is a wonderful Beswick Bull Terrier that was modeled after a champion show dog. He was was designed by Arthur Gredington. for Beswick Pottery in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, England. It was first issued in 1942, and continued to 1975.
This extraordinary breed has been nicknamed "the kid in a dog suit." He is intelligent, highly active, and creative. His "larger-than-life personality" landed him the role of "Spuds Mackenzie" in Budweiser commercials and brought him to pop icon fame.
