Wonderful Drum Major Corps Patch. I believe this is a modern production patch.
I can say this is the highest quality hand embroidered patch that I have seen.
The patch is not flat but has layers that are raised,especially the borders.
Back is flat with a layer of black fabric. I believe it is a shoulder / arm patch.
