IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, THE ONLY THING I SEE IS A TINY WHITE SPOT TO THE LOWER CORNER OF THE COVER.  IT MEASURES APPROX. 8 3/4" BY 11 1/4".  PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO ASK QUESTIONS.
