Of special note is the chapter “Other ‘Phoenix’ Patterns Worth Looking For” which covers: Fazen, Flower Head, Owl Like, Bird of Paradise, Rice bird, Cobalt Bird, Takahashi’s Bird, and more.  There is also a section on “Marks and Backstamps.”  The collector of fine china will find this a wonderful source book and identification guide and will want to include it in a permanent reference library.
