Beautiful Victorian Philip Whitney Ltd Gold-Plated Resin Picture Frame.  Embossed Cherubs, Florals and Hearts.  Glass lens. Red velvet backing.  Very good condition.

Buyer pays return shipping, and the original postage cost is deducted from any refund. We cannot refund postage costs.
