    Description

    Flash works properly.  No modeling lamp is included but the lamp socket works properly.
    The fan does not work.  However, these lights were designed to be used without a fan but its ideal to have it when the light is enclosed.  Just remove it and toss it or have it fixed.
    Includes tube cover but no reflector.
