Not postally used. No date, maybe 1940-50.
Photograph shows the town buildings, people, old cars, Calle y Mercado, etc...    Signs: Santa Rosa El Leon San Pedro, Peleteria Coppel S.A., etc..
Condition is  pretty good, some curling, a bit of creasing, wear on the corners / edges, marks from an album, a bit of soiling
