Guessing a drive belt that's 20 feet long 8mm tooth 3/8" wide w direction switch

No clue what this is intended to do.  Quality 2 piece HD plastic connector that looks like a handle but had a good guy think it could be a direction stop.  "that plastic part may be used to hit or activate servos or knock triggers to change direction of movement in conveyor or robotic equipment in a factory assembly scenario".  No manufacturers name or product ID numbers.  If you know what it is and can use it, this will no doubt be a deal for you.
