Following the creation of the Foxy boot, resulting from a collaboration with Pénélope Leprevost and the Italian designer Pininfarina, the new
freejump
stirrup – with an eye set parallel to the tread and a slightly reduced size – has been specially designed for women.
The comfort, safety and technology of single-branch stirrups combined with the classicism of an eye set parallel to the tread for the first time.
Soft’Up Classic – exceptional comfort and performance
Improved shock-absorption ability. Reduces the strain on each stirrup by two-thirds and relieves pressure on the rider’s joints and the horse’s back, thanks to the branch’s new geometry. 3 times more cushioning than a traditional stirrup.
Centre of gravity is set towards the front. This causes a backwards movement of the tread which encourages the rider to keep their heels down.
Wide carbon tread, tilted studs: a supporting surface that is 12% bigger alleviates the pressure points on the arch of the foot.
Soft’Up Classic – improved safety
Development of the manufacturing process. The aircraft-grade spring steel branch, with very high mechanical strength, is 37% more resistant thanks to the new manufacturing technique.
Flexible outer branch. The freejump single-branch technology allows a flexible outer branch to be used. Designed so that pressure from the foot opens it up if a rider is dragged along by their horse.

Dispatch and Shipping
All items are shipped from the UK direct to your door in the USA.  They are delivered by either USPS or UPS.  We aim to ship all items with 24 - 72 hours of payment being received.  There are no customs fees to pay on any orders under 0.00 USD.
Customs and Customs Clearance
We aim to clear all item through customs whilst in flight to the USA.  Upon clearance they are handed to a US final mile delivery agent.  This is generally UPS or USPS depending on your location in the USA.
Tracking
All items are sent tracked, delivery is generally 7 - 10 working days from shipping.
We offer a no questions asked refund. If you are not happy with your purchase simply inform me within 30 days of receiving the item.  It items are returns not as received they maybe be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20%.  Cost of return is at the buyers exepense.  In the event of an error in sending Equiflair will cover the cost of return.
How to return an item
1. Find the item in your Purchase History in My eBay.
2. Select Return this item from the More actions dropdown menu on the right.
3. Depending on the item you've purchased, you'll automatically be directed to either the eBay returns process or to contact the seller.
The eBay returns process
1. Select the reason you're returning the item and where you'd like to drop-off your return.
2. Print the provided return postage label.
3. Package the item carefully and apply the package label.
4. Send the item back to the seller.
Please return the item as you received it, with all tags attached in the same condition as you received it.
