The photo frames is Disneyland Hong Kong exclusive within the past 10 years.
The item is painted gold and bejeweled at 4 compass points.   The ears tips are missing alittle gold paint.  You can top this off with some gold paint, and bring it back to new.
The back of the photo frame has a long model #N902-5107-2-13015.
The over-sized conical pyramid shape ceramic mug includes a plastic top to keep your beverage warm and from slipping.  See Photos
