    with CLX-25H Strobe Head + Extras & Instructions
    The instruction booklet is worn complete.
    The set-up shows signs of use, but no dings or dents..
    This was an estate sale purchase, I have not tested
    but everything attaches properly and the bulb looks good.
    It needs a regular 3-prong power cord to hook up to 120.
    Not tested but free returns if not happy...
