Carrs Rectangular Picture Frame with Solid Sterling Silver Overlay on Front

Description

Sterling silver rectangular picture frame from Carrs silversmiths in Sheffield, England.  Purchased new by the seller, never used and in excellent condition.   Front of the frame and a portion of the sides of the frame are finished with a solid sterling silver overlay and a portion of the sides of the frame and the back of the frame are finished in dark blue cotton velvet.  The picture frame is approximately 2 1/8” wide x 2¾” high and will hold a 1½” x 2” photo.  The picture frame is designed to sit upright on a flat surface.
Silver bears the Carrs hallmark, the British hallmark for the year 2002 and the British hallmarks that evidence solid .925 sterling silver.   Includes the original Carrs packaging box for the picture frame.
