This is a used  circuit board and at this price maybe you should buy a backup one
The 1012-940-? what ever Letter it is just tells the series of board and all HK42FZ009 will work and they are 100% interchangable
This is used on some of the older Bryant Carrier units single stage
part# HK42FZ009
Also this will work on the HK42FZ011 the only two difference is one is cased and also the EAC terminals for your electronic air cleaner is push type on the 011 board and on the 009 board it is a spade.  The screw holes are in the exact location as the 011and 016 board and the electrical connections are exactly he same.
Also it has a fixed fan time off for the blower motor and the 011 and the 016 boards has a dip switch to adjust the time on switch for the blower motor. The sequence of operations though are the same
This was taken out of a working furnace and is operational
