    Description

Cameflex Bracket & Hardware for Tobin Time Lapse - Eclair CM3 Intervalometer - RARE!
Shoot 35mm time lapse with a vintage Eclair
I received this hardware when I purchased an Eclair Cameflex kit quite a number of years ago. I was told that the cam was at one time used to shoot time lapse
    desert
footage for a southwestern university. I believe a number of the parts are custom-fabricated, quite possibly by Clive Tobin himself.
When I eventually sold the camera, the buyer did not need the intervalometer and hardware. Later, when I sold the Tobin, its new owner was purchasing it for use on her 16mm Bolex, so she did not need the Cameflex set-up either.
I stored the packet of parts away and eventually forgot about them
. Having uncovered them just last night, I immediately thought let's get these out there in case anyone needs them!
Every piece of the mounting bracket hardware that originally came with the camera is included here. Having never used the intervalometer set-up, I have no way of knowing if all of the components needed to create a Tobin/CM3 pairing are present.
If not entirely complete, just the number and rarity of the parts that are included would certainly make for a huge step in getting one's Cameflex time lapse system operable.
UPDATE: After reexamining the included mounting bracket (see pic #2) I'm certain it will have to have its reverse side machined off approximately the thickness of the mounting plate to seat correctly on the camera. Additionally, 4 new pilot holes will need to be added to the plate to line up with those in the bracket. While definitely a Cameflex motor mount, it's clearly not original to this particular set-up. Taking into account the added costs of additional machining, I've reduced the price by .00.
Free shipping within the continental U.S. and I always ship out within 2 days, oftentimes sooner.

NOTE: All proceeds from auction sales are being devoted entirely to the creation of my first feature length film. Set in the 1960's, the flick is a sentimental ode to classic Japanese sci-fi cinema. Despite its minuscule budget, the project is jam-packed with giant mutated meanies, flying saucers, classic hot rods and daringly-dressed vixens. All realized with traditional 35mm cameras and practical, old school FX.
    Absolutely NO CGI whatsoever!
Should any kind person purchase one of my items, they'll be directly funding my small-scale efforts to keep the fast-vanishing art of celluloid filmmaking alive.
