✔ USES - Cleaner for trade use only. Removes heavy cement and mortar stains from brick, concrete, paving, scaffolding and tools. For exterior use. Use range from removing cement & mortar splashes, light oil stains and grease from brickwork, paving, tiles, earthenware and concrete. Efflorescence can also be removed by using this product diluted.
✔ POWERFUL - PowerChem brick cleaner contains a unique surface acting agent which allows it to penetrate deposits and to effectively dissolve all corrosion, scale, algae and other mineral deposits quickly and safely.
✔ APPLICATION - easy to use, can be diluted with water to the desired strength. Apply by brush, agitate if necessary then rinse off to leave a bright clean surface. Use protective goggles, gloves and clothing to cover face, eyes and skin. For exterior use only.
✔ LIMITATIONS - Do not use on limestone or marble as the chemicals will attack the surface. This product can also have an adverse effect on coloured concrete, test a small area before use. Brick Cleaner fumes will attack limestone, marble stainless steel & aluminium. If used internally (NOT RECOMMENDED) extreme care should be take and thorough ventilation provided. Do not allow product to come into contact with metals such as steel, copper, aluminium and titanium.

Uses
For removing cement and mortar splashes, light oil stains and grease from brickwork, paving, tiles, earthenware and concrete. PowerChem Brick & Concrete Cleaner should not interfere with the various types of concrete and stone (except limestone and marble) commonly encountered in the general building area. Efflorescence can also be removed by using this product diluted.
Application
Gloves, overalls, boots and goggles should be worn at all times during application. Protect metal surfaces and paint-work before application with polythene sheets and tape. Remove excess dirt, mortar, etc. with a stiff yard brush. If cleaning down brickwork saturate area with water to prevent damage to mortar. Before commencing a full clean down, test on an inconspicuous area with BRICK & CONCRETE CLEANER diluted 2:1, water to cleaner. For normal use dilute between 2 and 4 parts water to 1 part cleaner. Apply using a low pressure hose or by brush and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes ensuring the area does not dry out and is scrubbed occasionally with a stiff yard brush. Rinse thoroughly with large amounts of water, do not add water to neat cleaner, and always add the cleaner to the water. If stains persist, repeat the process and/or use the cleaner undiluted taking care to test the neat cleaner first on an inconspicuous area. For removing efflorescence use a 4:1 dilution water to cleaner. Always use a plastic container for diluting this product.
Storage Conditions
Store in cool, dry conditions in a sealed container between temperatures of 5 and 30°C.
Shelf Life
Up to 24 months when stored according to manufacturer's instructions.
