Antique Vintage Shirley Temple Japan 1930’s  composition pair 8 inch sweet face

not expert in this field but if in doubt please ask I will do my best.  they came together so selling together.  estate years ago had the dresses made for them. they are both marked on their backs Japan. the one in the blue dress has a loose head probably needs to have re strung? the has very light wear on hands but not split or cracked the one in purple dress has some surface chipping on finish and one hand has wear to finger ends see close up. she is also loosing the paint finish on her legs so some tough up could be done one leg does move the other one does not and there is some splitting on body see close ups. the one is blue is good all over as stated but restringing would help. fortunately both heads are in real good overall condition no cracks or splits in composition on heads. .
