This listing is for a set of three (3) bone punch rongeurs from Aesculap.  The list price on this set is 43.   All three rongeurs exhibit signs of regular usage but are in very good to excellent condition (they are fully functional).  These rongeurs are hospital surplus (surgeon retired).
The gold tip denotes that the rongeurs are thin-plated (rather than standard).
