This 2007 BMW 530XI  has a clean, accident-free Carfax report, The title's lien release is direct from BMW, title is free clear and in hand.

It has been serviced on time, not driven a lot and well taken cared of. The photos in the listing are of the actual car. There are no rips or tears in the leather , the leather looks brand new. The carpet is clean as are the mats, all in the interior is in pristine condition.
As far as descriptions go this is the best we can say. The vehicle is as shown in the photos, no leaks, no problems, the engine is quiet, the car is clean. As far as these make and models go, this is the best that it gets. The vehicles title is free , clear and in hand ready for the buyer to sign. A 0 non refundable deposit is required to be sent at auctions end , if the deposit is not sent the item will be relisted. Full payment is required within 3 days of auction close, payment is to be transferred to our corporate account , payment must reflect what was purchased by the vin# being added to the payment to document what the payment was for and who the payment came from.Deposit amount is deducted from the final cost payed.

Please only bid if you are within the United States. When the vehicle is picked up or delivered there must be photo documentation of the sale. Meaning we take photos of the buyer picking up the car or it being , delivered or shipped. The buyer will be documented as the new owner for purposes of IRS documentation We are a registered Company in the state of Connecticut. So when the IRS asks us why we sold the car below book value, we need the documentation of whosoever purchased the vehicle in the states, so their payment can be used to substantiate our records. This also works out for the buyer in proving the price the vehicle was purchased for. The vehicle  just needs a new owner.
